Suddenly forgetting about all the calmness of the thestral, feeling how her heart was ready to jump out of her throat, she banged on the third door from the stairs with a thud. And even though the first outraged exclamation came from behind her, Violet was ready to cry with happiness when she recognized the voice.
Spitting on all decency, the thestral turned the handle and yanked the door towards herself, right out from under the nose of Cantata who was shoked up from such a thing. The unicorn, who was already preparing to say a couple of affectionate words, froze for a moment at first, recognizing Violin. And she was almost knocked down by a thestral who rushed at her with hugs.
Moonlight hung on to the Cantata, crying with happiness. A fiery whirlwind of joy filled the thestral, spinning her head and shaking her legs when she finally touched her long-lost friend. When she finally regained the one that was closer to her sister.
Velvet squeezed her friend with all her might, hardly believing that what was happening was real. The pianist did not even try to hide her sobs of happiness now, desperately clutching Moonlight to herself, as if afraid that she might disappear.
Cantata perfectly remembered the past years of captivity, when the loss gnawed at her without weakening, and the meeting was all the more joyful. The unicorn was literally stunned by the happiness and closeness of Moonlight, the whole world shrank to the feeling of her warmth, her reality. To happy sobs over the ear and embraces of gentle bat wings.
When equas cry out and calmed down a little, Velvet stretched and wiped wet tracks from Moonlight's cheeks.
"Wiley, you have no idea how glad I am to see you! How did you find me?"
Thestral, with the same tenderness wiping tears from Velvet's muzzle, smiled.
"A neighbor in the dorm listened recording of your concert. I won't confuse your melodies with anything, Velvet. Well, and so i rushed,"
"Blindly, on one luck. Wiley, you haven't changed at all. Oh, how glad I am!"
