Velvet is a blue alicorn in the final picture because they're the ones with the fewest results on Derpibooru. And I needed to pick a color to begin with because I didn't find any info on whether it was related to the pony's race before being dipped. Three colors, three pony races, you know? Like the broodmothers of Dragon Age.
Well, nothing on the wiki, nothing in the FIMFiction forum I checked, and I didn't care to read the original doorstopper for an answer that may not even be there. So here you go, Luna's and Velvet Remedy's discount lovechild. I'll call her Moon Lullaby for now.
