When the windigoes aren't out the bay turns to a black glass with white chunks of floating out a stark contrast, almost glowing with reflected light, the chiaroscuro effect mirroring the dark and light of the moon overhead. Filly sleeps under her hooves, relaxed by the gentle rocking and rhythmic splash of the paddles, and snowmare hums her a little kayaking tune as they go.
