So, this art kind of has a bit of a weird story to it. It started out as a pose challenge from my friend, Barhandar. Then, it became gift art for a friend. (If you're reading this, Lighty, don't worry - your version is still coming along~)

Then, I decided to make an alternate version as fanfic art for a story I really enjoyed, "Second Princess of the Night.":https://www.fimfiction.net/story/131034/second-princess-of-the-night I highly recommend reading this story, it's a great story with great characters, and it's book 1 of 4 in this universe that the author plans to write. This is that alternate version of the pic! One thing worthy of note is that the cutie mark may not be exactly what the author of the fic had in mind, but they lost the original picture they made, so I just did what felt right from their description.

The TL;DR is that (story spoilers) Twi becomes a vampire with an alternate name (Ruby Sparkle) and an alternate cutie mark, along with lots of other changes that you'll have to read the story to find out.

Not terribly happy with the shading here. Gonna try some other stuff next time I think.
