He is not a hybrid. He just made by the Neuforty Alicorns this way for their mysterious experiments. He is also large so not a pony. A bit larger than Celestia. He's tail's end is also a tool for delivering large concetration of energy. Like a energy weapon but he only use it in extreme danger. So it would also look different but Pony Town has it's limits of character customization. Will update it later.
