Minuette wins first place at the science fair, for her fantastical clock! This is my 23rd submission to NATG, draw a pony winning a competition. And this was a a perfect oppertunity to draw Filly Colgate with a creative project.^This clock is fantastical, it can make calls, count the nano seconds on a smaller clock, an alarm and even a radio.
