I thought it would be nice for the Frozen North to have their own 'Wonderbolts'. So there. :)
The Moodlifters don't just put on a show, they participate in disaster relief, first aid, reconstruction, charity events, etc etc. Unlike the Wonderbolts, non-flyers can be Moodlifters (and get airlifted by airships,) but only the virtuous and most upstanding citizens will make it into their ranks.
The insigna on their flanks is an inuksuk.
