He is limiting himself to give other ponies chance (always trying to keep fights balanced).

Personality:

kind, peaceful, friendly, hates himself because he is too OP even though he must be, don’t want anyone to die no matter who he is or what he done.

He has crush on Princess Luna, like doing experiments in ponyville park, has kinky dreams because of his loneliness, has huge plans on having kids with luna, too shy to talk with his crush, lives in hidden/unknown village that is kept in secret by its townsfolk.
