Being the charismatic Empress of Love that she is, Cadence often travels to poorer parts of Equestria to support local relief and community-building efforts and help out where she’s needed. She started bringing her daughter Veuve en Deuil with her once she was old enough to express interest, and naturally she loved the experience.

However, Veuve spent the entire time taking pictures and writing about it instead of actually doing anything to help. While the villagers of this town think it’s awesome that the Empress and her daughter have come to visit, they can tell this filly’s “efforts” to help are really not much at all, and they are quite skeptical about being used as a photo op.
