Leonardo (Blue Turtle Leader, Ninja of Courage), Twilight Sparkle (Element of Magic) and Spike the Dog meet Frankie Stein (Daughter of Frankenstein)

Raphael (Red Turtle Muscles, Ninja of Brawn) and Sunset Shimmer (Element of Forgiveness) meet Clawdeen Wolf (Daughter of Werewolf)

Donatello (Purple Turtle Brains, Ninja of Wisdom) and Rainbow Dash (Element of Loyalty) meet Draculaura (Daughter of Count Dracula)

Michelangelo (Orange Turtle Party Dude, Ninja of Heart) and Pinkie Pie (Element of Laughter) meet Ghoulia Yelps (Daughter of Zombie)

Note:Technically it was suppose to be just Rainbooms meeting the Ghoul Squad, but I kinda wanted to add in the Turtles and human friends in the mix, which I got the okay to do and wham bam thank you mam, here they are. I added Spike to the group for the heck of it and a tail to Clawdeen, just for official werewolf reasons. Also this is an updated version of the old one.
