In a future where the Securu corporation has taken control of Equestria, everyone is required by law to wear their suits or sacks 24/7 for their own good and the safety of all Equestrians. Heaven to many, hell to some, it’s a world of inescapable, permanent bondage… but ponies still have to go to work.

Having arrived at work, Nurse Redheart is put into a Securu sack and locked in for her shift. But her supervisors – being in a mischievous mood – have her put to work answering the phone at the reception desk for non-medical inquiries. Many hours are spent suppressing giggles as they watch an increasingly frustrated Redheart trying to figure out how she’s supposed to answer the phone without being able to use her arms.
