DM: Alright, let’s get back into it. We rejoin with Twilight, who after being sent through the fiery gate, is… in complete and utter darkness.

Twilight Sparkle: I assume I can still feel all my limbs?

DM: Yes, as promised before, you are not in fact dead.

Twilight Sparkle: Then I guess I’ll cast Light to get a handle on my surroundings.

DM: You feel a slight disorientation from the travel, but your horn slowly lights up with magic, revealing… some manner of cave.

Twilight Sparkle: She did seem to send me “down”… Is it obvious I’m beneath Canterlot?

DM: It’s obvious you’re underground. The air is stale and the noises you make echo mutely off the jagged walls. But you can’t hear anything above you. If you’re beneath Canterlot, you’re <span class="caps">FAR</span> underneath.

Twilight Sparkle: Are there any paths or exits?

DM: Fearless and goal-oriented as always. No, there are no obvious exits yet.

Twilight Sparkle: How sturdy do the rocks around here look?

DM: It’s not all rocks. There’s actually a lot of reflective crystal. You nearly bonk your head on a mirror image of yourself that gets in your way.
