Update: I decided it might be a good idea to remove her pendant. It’s generally offensive and also so that people who don’t know the character or don’t read the desription wont just assume Aqua has a horrible dark-side.

I can’t believe I didn’t think of this until today. Especially when I consider that Rip was more than likely a subconscious influence on Aquas final design.

So anyway, I was doodling away, re-visiting Hellsing fan-art for the first time in years when i got to drawing Rip Van Winkle. It was during this time, realising I’d forgotten her freckles, that I decided Aqua would be perfect to cosplay as her. Now while I don’t like to submit images of the same character in the space of a day, I just couldn’t resist this one.

So yeah, it’s a picture fo Aqua dressed as Rip Van Winkle. I have to add that any-one who wears a swastika in public has got some serious guts. They probably hide it while they’re on thier way to wherever they plan on fitting in, but still. I imagine that this is how Aqua dreams of herself being able to cosplay. She’s far too shy to let people see her efforts.
