I had an idea for conventions where they have 4 people dressed up as various characters from different games, TV shows, anima’s, webcomics, etc and play poker. One person who isn’t in cosplay would be chosen via raffle or something similar to that and they get to the “The player” They can play for special prizes, for example everyone puts in a special item relating to them and the others can win it when they knock out the other players.
