The story takes place after rainbow rocks. Long story short, Fluttershy adopts a baby Godzilla until he grew in a mature age. Both Godzilla and the mane 6 fight against various Titans and aliens for the sake of Equestria.

A secret organization known as T.I.T.A.N, organized by Princess Celestia, keep track on dormant Titans and other monsters. However, one of the most active Titans is Titanus Gojira. Titans slowly began to awaken and take back their world in planet Equus. The story takes place a month after Princess Twilight’s coronation.
