Sky Blue and Coral Fire are the children of the former leader, Iris. Before Iris went missing, these two were chosen as the next rulers of their world. They were overthrown by the newcomer when she decided they weren’t meant to lead the ponies of their world.

Sky Blue was eventually ‘forced’ to be part of the “bodyguard squad” for the newcomer while Coral Fire was to study and learn to control magic beyond her understanding.

The siblings still meet from time to time, but they were forbidden from talking to one another. Coral would always find some ways to speak to her brother in hopes of hearing his voice again.

Coral Fire : Sky? I know you can’t say anything now, but at least give me a sign that you’re not harmed.

Sky Blue remained standing outside the throne room with a stern face. A slight twitch of his eye told Coral he was far from safe, but at least he wasn’t threatened in any way.

Coral Fire : One day, the colours of the rainbow will shine bright. The birds will fly and war will come. But we will be gone by then.

To another pony, it sounded as if she was predicting the future. But Sky knew was Coral was saying.
