Six full drawings, one for each character y’all suggested! Plus two extra things that I did because why not?
Okay, let’s go down the line with what’s happening in each of these, shall we?
Taka: This one is ripped straight from the stage play. In the play, voting wrong gets you executed alongside the Blackened, so long as the majority got it right. As the second trial ends, Taka is revealed to have voted for himself, knowing what would happen, and is executed by spear with Mondo
Starlight Glimmer: Starlight’s was just me having fun, tbh. I always thought it would have been cool if she could use the Cutie Marks she stole to turn herself into an alicorn. I know that’s not how it works, but it was a fun idea
Human!Autumn Blaze (Kirin and Nirik): It’s always nice to draw something gentle. I’m not sure why she’s holding a flame (I drew this after I drew Kiyondo and I was still in a flame mood, I guess) but uhhh yeah. And then I went ahead and did her Nirik form too because I love it. I love the Niriks, they look so cool
Mondo: …yeah I got nothing. He has a pickaxe, it is bloody, that’s really all there is to this one. I don’t know, it was fun, I was just kinda going with whatever I thought of I guess
Junko: Why did I go with this aesthetic? Yeah. Man, I don’t know, I’ve seen it around and it looks fun. I’ll probably do a better go at something like that later, maybe even redraw this one when I have more time
Kiyondo: Despite being in the first row, I pushed his to the end because <sub>spoilers</sub>. I won’t say much about this one, because s p o i l e r s, but it was fun to draw. Also I fucked up on his eyes, I always shift them pink but I guess I overshot and they ended up red. I only noticed that when I was going through to post everything. We’re just gonna. Pretend those are pink
