“Ugh,” Spike couldnt help but face palm. Why was the only dragon that could have shown up in that cavern at the time being crazy? Sure he felt for the guy, being alone for that long mustve knocked a screw loose, but he could at least be a bit more sympathetic.

“Hey dude, dont get so bent out of shape,” the green dragon said with a chuckle. “Its a good story, its not as generic or bland as it originally was. And hey, it entertained me a bit, which is a refreshing change in scenery,” he said appreciatively a small chuckle following the compliment.

He dug into the ground next to him a little more and pulled out another gem, dusted it off and threw it over to Spike, Here, something for the story, not like you can eat it being imaginary and all.

The red gem flew through the air, and bumped into Spikes arm and dropping to the floor. Spike looked down at the gem then back up to the green dragon who had a rather shocked look on his face, not expecting the gem to physically bounce off Spike.
