In the setting of “Snospis Eht” and related videos, this man, the Spoon King, was a tyrannical leader who legislated laws against handicapped people. But he also seemed to be a fan of the show “Friendship is Magic”, and he is caring towards a certain blue horse that was abused by an angry reindeer man.
