Genie AJ: (2) While there’s plenty o’ reasons ah can list why ah don’t like being a genie. Definitely on top o’ all t’ things is because it was a result o’ a trick played by them cursed Flim Flam Brothers.

Ah don’t even know how they got a hand o’ a genifying bottle in the first place, though ah imagine it must be connected t’ that Malakhar fella since he played a big part in both Genie Twi’s and Genie Dash’s story. But anyway, ah got a letter from the Flim Flam’s claiming they wanted t’ apologize fo’ both t’ Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000 thingamajig and t’ Tonic incident too.

T’ letter said they left a gift inside an abandoned shed on the farm that none o’ our family has been t’ fo’ years. Ah probably should of taken warning with t’ fact they put it in such an obscure spot rather then just up front at t’ door or gateway t’ the farm.

But stupid ol’ me had t’ have that little hope that Flim & Flam’s apologies were sincere, and mah family just happened t’ be out o’ town that day too. So ah couldn’t even have them come with or tell them what ah was doing.

Just ‘bout everything that could o’ gone wrong with that cursed time limit went wrong, otherwise ah definitely wouldn’t have been a genie fo’ any longer then when ah found out ah was one.

(3) Ah found t’ bottle in t’ shed, it looked similar in shape t’ Genie Twi’s bottle. Only it looked like it was hastily painted t’ my coat color and a terrible attempt at drawing mah cutie mark.

Now t’ letter instructed me t’ open it as soon as ah found it, and sigh that ended up being t’ biggest mistake o’ mah life. When ah first opened it, nothing was really happening fo’ a bit so ah picked it up with mah mouth t’ try t’ get a look inside. Nothin’.

But then suddenly mah nose got sucked in! Ah immediately panicked and tried t’ pull it off but it just pulled mah head in more, and mah hat fell on the ground, Ah couldn’t see once my eyes went in but I could still move.

(4) Though not for long as not being able to see caused me to stumble over. And at that point the rest of my body was pulled in.

(5) T’ next thing ah know, ah’m released by Apple Bloom… 3 Days later… Both family and friends noticed ah was missing and went on a big search throughout the farm and ponyville, but they surely didn’t think ah was stuck inside a bottle in t’ abandoned shed. They even contacted Cherry Jubilee from Dodge Junction just in case fo’ some reason o’ another ah went t’ work there again.

(6) Ah didn’t even know what exactly what happened t’ me till’ Apple Bloom brought me t’ Twilight. Who was just dumbfounded, she didn’t think this was possible that ah was a real, honest-to-goodness genie that till’ now had only been thought t’ be a myth, outside o’ Saddle Arabia anyway.

Twilight didn’t have any books on this on hand so she assumed it’d be just like t’ genies in that Aladdin story. So she tries wishing me free, unfortunately fo’ me it did nothing. So Twilight had to outsource some information, she first tries t’ see if Princess Celestia knew anything about it. But t’ our surprise even she was shocked that this happened.

It just so happened that Celestia was scheduled for a visit to Saddle Arabia that day though, so she said she’d go around knowing if anyone could give her some information. And ah think Celestia got t’ meet with that Malakhar fella cause when Celestia came back we got a good amount o’ information. Including about t’ time limit for freedom, which unfortunately was already evident had expired because otherwise Twi’s attempt at wishing me free would of worked.
