I asked Cortana “Who is Spike The Dragon?” and it returned this result from Bing.

Just as I post this I have clicked the “improve this answer” on bing and corrected it to the mlp.wikia.com link
I just thought is was funny that this came up, even though Google has the right result.
I don’t think the result will be fixed right away though, it looks like it has to be voted on on the Bing Distill.
