Corrupted by the dark magic that she learned in the Crystal Empire, Twilight Sparkle usurped the throne of Equestria and became a ruthless tyrant. In order to preserve her power she converted her friends into her evil and psychotic cohorts. Only Applejack escaped the attempt and is now marked for death for treason. Her whereabouts are currently unknown.

Equestria has fallen into a state of eternal fear and despair. Hope is rapidly dwindling for the enslaved citizens. It’s greatest weapon, the Elements of Harmony, have been rendered useless due to the corruption of their former bearers.

Rainbow Dash is the new Captain of the Guard and makes sure to keep the slaves in line.

Pinkamena has become a psychotic butcher who gleefully tortures prisoners.

Fluttershy (now Flutterbat), has become little more than Twilight’s pet, feasting on the blood of unfortunate citizens.

Nightmare Rarity is (for lack of a better term) Equestria’s ambassador. She pinpoints targets for Equestria to conquer next.
