Meet Glitch Pop! Son of Octavia and Vinyl Scratch, the odd, mute, music marvel.

Glitch is… different, to say the least. He shares a genetic disorder with Vinyl Scratch, that renders them mute at a young age. When Glitch was young, both Octavia and Vinyl believed there’d be a chance at saving his vocal chords, but it didn’t take. It was a chance, but they’re a family nonetheless. This means Glitch communicates with PSL, much like Fluttershy’s daughter, Dahlia . However, Glitch is very asocial, and prefers to be around others…. at a distance. Glitch’s talent is in Music Mixing, and his favorite method is recording real sounds to mix, especially other ponies. However, he has a bit of problem. When he keys into a sound he just absolutely needs, he won’t stop until he gets that perfect sound bite. Even if it means following a pony around, whether or not they know he’s there. Both his parents have discouraged this, time and time again, but he just can’t turn it off.

Glitch Pop isn’t really a ‘friend’ kind of pony, but he has a tendency to form crushes on others who don’t really acknowledge his existence.

Glitch absolutely LOVES spicy foods, especially chili peppers.
