Queen Twilight Sparkle

Former Princess of Magic, Twilight Sparkle ascended to take Queen Celestia’s and Princess Luna’s place. She still rules from her castle in Ponyville, keeping watch over her friends, family and subjects from there. Taking on Luna’s and Celestia’s magic didn’t immediately change her, her magic is still growing and being absorbed and she won’t be at her peak magic for another few decades. She raises and lowers the Sun and Moon with the help of her wife, Starlight and Starswirl the Bearded. Twilight is still very much a dork, still loves curling up with a good book and cup of tea. She doesn’t really like being treated as a Queen, and tries her best to make sure her aura is comforting and inclusive.

Dean Starlight Glimmer

After Twilight’s ascension to the throne, Starlight took up Twilight’s place as Dean of the School of Magic. She was hesitant to do this due to past insecurities from her time in Our Town, but with help from her wife, and her best friend, Trixie Lulamoon, she found it in herself to be able to govern comfortably by her side. Along with Starswirl the Bearded, she helps Twilight raise and set the Sun and Moon everyday.

Princess Luster Dawn

Oldest of the Sparkle girls, Luster Dawn is a demure, quiet mare who finds that she prefers curling up with a good book rather than going out on the town. It took a lot of help from her moms to bring her out of her shell. When she was younger, she was a complete clam. She hardly spoke to anyone excluding her parents due to being made fun of because of her birthmark. She hides with a lot of makeup now, but she finds herself skeptical of her mother’s assurance friendship is magic. She only has one friend, and it’s a strange mare named Cozy Glow who attends college with her. She, however, is super close with her little sister.

Princess Nova Andromeda

Youngest of the Sparkle girls is Andromeda, or simply Andi. Andi is quite the spunky and overenthusiastic filly. She’s hyper, talkative, and a giggle machine, she loves making friends and befriends almost every creature she meets. However, with her personality, she is also super naive and trusting. Those facets of her personality worry her family, especially her older sister, which causes Luster Dawn to be super protective of her.
