The Equestria Promo Pose Set, as Ontemazei goddesses. As odd as it seems, the characters’ postures made me think of the positions of dancers in Khmer and Indonesian temples.
Rainbow would be a warrior;
Rarity would be a celestial (a star angel);
Twilight would be Empress Mithura, the goddess of war and magic (and the national goddess of the Ontemazei);
Pinkie would be a cherry dryad attended by birds;
Applejack would be an apple dryad armed with a mallet;
and Flutters would be a bird spirit.
