The prompt for the 9th Anniversary Event was “Draw a character/characters reaching their dreams” and I figured Tempest getting a new horn fit that perfectly.

I’m not gonna lie, I rushed this out for the 9th anniversary event so I could meet the deadline. I was working on another picture but I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to finish it in time:

And funny enough, this picture still needs some working on too:

But the good news is I plan on finishing both of these pictures. I just wanted to upload something before time ran out (got to get that nice badge, right).
