Long Message Inbound!

Being like 4 seasons behind in FiM, I wasn’t really sure on what to draw for this Art Event commemorating MLP FiM’s 9th Anniversary. So I thought for hours on end, until ONE idea hit me at 2 in the morning, that idea was this: Pinkie Pie opening up her own little business in the city. It wasn’t anything near canon, thats for sure. But since I was out of ideas & with the deadline approaching fast, I quickly seized the idea & began making some mental sketches. And with the hectic schedule I was in, I was beginning to doubt whether I was going to make on time. Luckily, I was able to cancel the whole day (Thursday) & stay at home. I was scrambling to my computer & began inking away. In total I had to do over the piece around 5 times, most were in the linework stage. And finally, after a long 6 hours of work, I was able finish sketching, inking , coloring & adding small touches to the piece to be exported & uploaded online. This was kind of rushed so I might plan on doing a remaster of this soon. But since time isn’t on my side, I’ll just have to settle for the very best that I gave out today.

Honestly, I don’t really have much to say about the whole G4 is ending issue and whatnot, since I have issues with explaining and expressing my emotions and feelings to others, even my own friends and parents. It was all a blur, I started in early 2017, & now I’m here. This fandom has really opened up some doors for me overtime, like helping me improve in my artwork both digitally & traditionally, getting a bit more recognition as an artist & introducing me to some unique and talented people in the fandom from all categories of art, and even made some acquaintances along the way. All I want to say is Thank You. Even though I don’t get as emotional as others when it comes to stuff like this. This show & fandom has done so much for me in the entirety of my misunderstood,unappreciated teenage life. And now that G4 has ended, I’m not really sure what to do now, (aside from living in regret on not discovering this fandom a bit earlier)but I know one thing for sure, and that thing is to keep going in this fandom. No, I’m not going to be migrating to any other fandom at the moment, since this place has been like home to me, made me feel a bit more comfortable and has given me a purpose to live. So a big thanks to FiM & the Brony Fandom for being such a big influence in my life. Literally. It has been a great 3 years with all of you. And now the chapter has been closed & is giving way to a new one. Hopefully.
