Page 276 – The Squawking Menace

Okay, yesterday’s page had a little too much navel-gazing and patting one’s self on the back. Let’s go with some roleplaying stories today, shall we?

In this page’s comments, tell a story about an animal NPC.

DM: Next to Celestia, there’s a golden bird cage that is the source of the noise.

Applejack: This entire time-

DM: It was of NO SIGNIFICANCE UNTIL NOW. Anyway, what can charitably be described as a “freaking ugly bird” rises up from the bottom of the cage and takes its perch. A lot of its red plumage is gone, and its head swings around like it’s too heavy for its neck.

Fluttershy: This… is the Princess’s pet?

Princess Celestia: Ah, Philomena, you’re awake. Say hello to our gracious hosts.

SFX: (BLEAH!)

Pinkie Pie: Aw, I wanted to hear you make cute bird noises.

DM: I dunno, I think this is a lot more fun.
