He wants hi OC (Frost D. Tart) bound in a jester outfit by Mane-iac.

Initial idea for Mane-iac in this scenario: she was off to the side, roughly eye level with Frosty, using just her mane to manipulate the control stick.  Then I looked up how to use a marionette on wiki how.  Turns out you move the control stick itself only when move parts together.  To move parts individually, you need to move the strings individually.  So the idea of Mane-iac hanging by her mane from the control stick and manically pulling strings came to mind instead.  

While browsing E-Hentai, I came across a gallery for a Pixiv artist named maullarmaullar.  His artwork is very shibari and weed heavy.  It also had some interesting rope work that standed out to me.  I drew a few thumbnails of those.  Then a few versions of my own for a limb binding.  These of course went into the second rough sketch of Frosty.
