Description:
Florine Manor as seen from the City Folk of Canterlot (Or from anyone in the area around the Movie Studio and Amphitheater). An antiquated relic of a bygone age in a world that has moved on.
There has been a debate over wether the place should be registered as a historic landmark (due to it’s age and architecture) or converted into a mountainside resort (due to the panoramic views it provides), but so far neither plans have been set in motion.
What I’m trying to show here is that the Estate won’t just be made up of only the Mansion and gardens but other structures such as the conservatory and (not pictured) additional structures such as the Carriage house, and some laboratories (and other such facilities), owing to the fact that the equestrian sorcerer that once owned the estate, decided on melding equestrian magic with human technology and interpret it through a scientific lens. If one were to imagine the laboratories, there will be a lot of steampunk influences, that’s for sure.
The Conservatory also most definitely and most likely houses specimens of plants and trees from Equestria, which are not found in the Human world. It also functions as a place where the sorcerer would gather ingredients for potion-making at the chemistry lab. It also houses a “poison garden”, similar to the one at Alnwick garden, but houses dangerous equestrian plants such as the poison joke flower.
At least the Ghosts get a nice view of the amphitheater whenever a concert or competition gets held there.
