While I’m doing AU/Silly Head Canon stuff, here is a character I just thought up. She does an annual visit to the Canterlot School for Gifted Unicorns to warn about messing with profaned magics, such as, in her case, bringing a pony “back from the dead”. Most of her is still her but there are parts that are not. The unicorn responsible for breaking into the princess’ archives and taking the spell that did the deed is being held in prison for trying to bring back a pony he loved from an untimely death. What he created was not exactly who he hoped for but instead a pony filled with terror and confusion.

After some time, the mare calmed, and Celestia, deeming it unfit to simply dispose of a sapient creature, despite their wretched origin, gave her the choice to speak to young unicorns against making the same mistake her former lover made, which she eagerly agreed to. Her head being a mess of confusion and previous “absence”, she doesn’t really readily give out her name, preferring to force everyone to face her reality head on with the nickname Suture.
