This is my little contribution to TokoKami’s Halloween contest (every participant will get a drawing from her and she is an excellent artist, so you really might want to participate too).
It appears her OC Blackcat is quite serious about getting those treats rather than risking for anypon to pick trick instead from a pony with a kitten-loaded party canon (I do hope she won’t knock on Fluttershy’s door) and bat wings made of fire (though those are obviously an illusion charm).
