Dev was born and raised in Cloudsdale by her mom and occasionally by her aunt Fluttershy.

If she isn’t setting trees on fire and causing her family to have multiple aneurisms, you can find her stalking around Pinkie Pie’s party emporium setting off Party Cannons. 

During the night she works as a SLAP Officer in Manehatten.[The term SLAP stands for Special Lunar Ambush Protection]  

Sparky is a little crazy hyperactive a lives off little to no sleep. She’s a bit of an alcoholic as well but never on the job! She can’t help but be destructive as she’s easily bored and has an addictive personality.
