I’m trying out a new style if you haven’t noticed~ sorry if it looks a bit crappy :’)

So, I gave MyLittleLady the idea of making a collab with crackship babbus of our universes

I’m pretty sure we were supposed to post all of them together but I’m an anxious bitch so I didn’t even finish mine and I’m already posting them :’)

So here ya go~

Corset lace: Picture PerfectXMademoiselle D’Hiver

She’s a dancer, and specializes in pole dancing, and during her adulthood she eventually becomes an exotic dancer. Corset has always been some kind of rebellious mare since she was young. She wasn’t exately a lost case but she was indeed a bit reckless, and maybe she wasn’t very good with feelings and empathy but, oh well, she’s complicated.

Since birth, Corset has always been showered with love and care by her moms, and always took it for granted. I think she was spoiled a lot, so she kind of formed the idea that she could have anything she wanted and didn’t need much effort to archieve it. She was one of those mares that had dated/hooked up with the hottest guys on school and she could have any stallion if she wanted to. She’s pretty much envied by all the mares at school and maybe even hated by some.

As to her relationship with her older sister, Gingersnap, Corset always had this feeling of envy towards her, she admired yet kind of hated the way Ginger always seemed emanate this cheerful and joyful aura. They had their bondind times but sometimes Corset felt like Gigi was some kind of dazzling ray of sunshine. Too bright for her. 

The truth is, Corset has a frail ego, inside the image of a rebellious, confident and idependent mare. She’s desperately seeking for people to like her and love her. She needs the attention. But even so, she didn’t earn much female friends and most of the guys she dated only thought of her as a one night stand thing, so she becomes some kind of lone wolf. 

Soon as she turned into an adult, Corset left to live on her own. Most of her youth can be described as nightclubs, drinks, affairs… She lived her first years of adulthood pretty carefree. She lived her life superficially and carelessly untill…

Corset found herself pregnant.  

She had no idea of who the father was, and even if she did, there’s no way he would assume the child. Corset felt heavy on the shoulders, and a mixing of various feelings hit her. Despair, anger, guilt… What was she going to do? She thought about aborting it, but she couldn’t. Should she look for the father? Should she run and cry on her mothers’ arms?

Then Corset made a decisive choice, with consequences that she’d have to carry for the rest of her life; she was going to raise that child, all by herself.

I know Corset isn’t the best mare ever but she’s still my precious babbu. She was highly inspired by the song “Rockabye” by Clean Bandit. As for her cutie mark, I know it kind of sucks. I’m not really good with them, and it was either that or a dancing pole with a ribbon. But I kind of like the fact that she works as a stripper/pole dancer and her cutie mark looks like something innocent as a carousel pony. (btw, I was originally going to name her Carousel Corset)

The story for the next one is a lot shorter so

Violet Bolt: Cranberry Pie X Shield  (credits to her original design belongs to AssassinGirlie)

Violet has always been a curious child. Since the moment she learned to form proper phrases, she showered her parents with tons and tons of questions about things they sometimes didn’t even know the answer. Fortunately, grandma Twilight was more than happy to feed her granddaughter’s hunger for knowledge. She likes to learn about how everything works and actually learned about things like “the birds and bees” at a pretty young age. She didn’t really care much about any sexual and emotional implying of the things she learns when she was younger, as long as she knows the theory of it. 

Born to a couple of a unicorn and a pegasus, and being the granddaughter of an alicorn princess, Violet felt pretty uneasy about being a mere earth pony. She felt impotent, and sometimes fillies would make fun of her. Eventually she learned to cope with it, with the help of Granny pinkie of course. Violet showed a lot of interest in science and mechanics, she would express all of her creativity through her inventions and creations. Her goal is to prove that she didn’t need wings or magic to be as good as a pegasus or a unicorn, and that she could do anything they could with the machines she made, and maybe even more. She eventually becomes a mechanical engineer and for the equestrian royal guard, developing all different kinds of machines and devices.

And I know it looks pretty crappy but her cutie mark is a bunch of gears.
