“Not even exercising is helping me… I just feel this gloom cloud over my head, following me wherever I go. I haven’t felt like this in years. I decided to go for a walk today to see if I could cheer myself up, but everyone was staring at me; I think they were making fun of me or something… I mostly kept my eyes down to the ground, counting the cracks and trying to distract myself.

“I think I need to take a vacation. I’ve been working constantly ever since I started training for the competition, and even after that I kept myself busy. It’s been so long since I’ve gone hiking; I miss the beautiful scenery. Maybe I should take a day where I leave Ponyville and go on a hiking trail. I think that’ll help me get over these feelings… Maybe I’ll find some answers on why I feel this way and why I can’t… let go…”
