“When you reach the ripe age of ‘OLD Saggy Granny’, you don’t expect too many surprises and wonder when that last surprise will catch you.” Saggi sighs as she drapes her long pink tail like a shawl around her front in remiss “The day is almost gone, and all you did was read a couple history books with the cargo. Zippy didn’t want to do anything but play around in that kitchen.” Saggi crossed her forelegs. “I’m no good there, not nearly as good as those donkeys.” She flicked her tail like a crack of a whip, recalling those cooks keeping her grandson hostage to their cooking prowess. She shoves the book cover into her cleavage with a green wave of jealousy in her soul as her billowing assets swallowed the hard copy deeper in her jiggling crevice.

“Oh no too far nono NO! Cloppers.” She cursed, pawing between her udder hoping to make out the book’s spine. Finding nothing but freckles and a few thick veins snaking her milk bags keeping her body aloft. They fought for space as she quickly regain balance, not wanting to be the next victim for the night “Don’t wanna go to sleep all sweaty dredging for a book. Guess its safe till morning.” Saggi flopped to her side in a groove, silent, but soon a sound, a familiar patter caught her attention as her ear twitched. Silent, the mare couldn’t feel it dripping but she felt one of her mammaries ‘letting down’ from all the previous jostling. “Praise Luna, no more surprises till morning.” She scratched her rump, getting comfortable. Mere minutes later, her head rose, awaiting another surprise. “The stockmare is coming back down the ramp? Whats that smell?” She questioned herself, before hearing hooved steps, but fewer in between, like they’re walking on twos instead of the formal fours hooves. “ SURPRISE! Did somebody down here forget their birthday? Not this bunny!”

This 13th of November gave the saggy old horse one of the biggest surprises in her long life. a Zippy Doo Patented ‘Cow Pie’, and a visit from a Fortune Fable, ‘Beings that take the form of lucky things to bless you with best wishes and good fortune’. The bunny dressed pony introduced himself as he sat his creation down, bowing over it, wishing the old lady a happy birthday.

The sight of this bottom heavy bunny waddling and hopping around the piping hot pastry brought tears to the mare’s eyes as he danced with more enthusiasm. She didn’t think the bunny cared enough to put on such a performance for her. She wiggled like a cat with glee, perched and sunken on top of her warm worn mammaries, wiping tears from her eyes as the Lucky Bunny used a paper talisman to light the two candles on the pie. Saggitha felt her body develop a rosy blush from her head to her beaming mounds. The old doughy dam was more certain than ever that she has many years of surprises to come as long as she had family like her little dancing chef.

And a little luck never hurt anybody.
