Starlight Glimmer did not make a good first impression on the ponies – taking cutie marks from the village ponies- and being sneaky and dishonest. But Princess Twilight Sparkle believes the magic of friendship…and that everyone deserves a second chance – even Starlight Glimmer!

Starlight Glimmer has powerful magical abilities. She can create magical barriers, distracting lights, and shoot powerful blasts of magic.

Starlight’s real cutie mark is a purple and white star and two glimmering blue streams.

Mysterious Past:

Nobody knows where Starlight came from but over time more is sure to be revealed about this powerful pony…

True Friends:

When the ponies first met Starlight Glimmer, it seemed she had lots of friends in the village. But Starlight showed that she was not a true friend. Twilight Sparkle hoped that one day Starlight would understand the true happiness that friendship can bring.

Appearance:

Starlight Glimmer is a unicorn, like Rarity. She has a lavender coat and a purple mane with teal streaks running through it. Her purple/Persian blue eyes flash wildly when she is angry.
