Officer Flutters. I watched alot of WW2 documentaries about nazi super-weapons during my livestream, and it worked its way into the art. Kind of threw together the background as I went not really knowing what I was doing, but I’m thinking now she must be standing on some sort of crazy pega-wafte supercarrier or something. Wanted to draw some nazi flying saucers or buzz bombers or something in the background but ran out of time.
