An accidental background alicorn from Case-3 Episode 3 of the amazing fan-made sequel to Turnabout Storm, Elements of Justice. The 'Name That Alicorn' contest run within the EoJ fan server settled on the name Meadow Step, however the creator of the character interpretation Felicity the Alicorn is planning on continuing their own interpretation on FiMfiction. As such, I ended up volunteering to make some cover art.
