The Four Horse(men) of the Apocalypse.

Famine (The Black One)- Harbinger of Locust, Droughts, Flooding, Livestock disease Feared by farmers and peasants. They like to strike in winter. The stealthiest of the Harbingers.

War (The Red One)- Harbinger of Battle, Genocide, Prisoners (domestic and POW), Torture, Slavery Revered and Feared by warriors, soldiers, criminals and slaves. The most violent of Harbingers.

Pestilence (The White One, Conquest)- Disease, Deformity, Mental Illness, Mentally Retardation/Challenges, Pain, Miscarriage/Stillbirth/SIDS Feared by all but as time progresses, easier to ward off and defend against. The most relentless of the Harbingers.

Death (The Pale One, The Grim Reaper)- Afterlife, Resurrection The silent Harbinger.
