So I just figured out this new style of making awesome drawings – and I waste it on making this grotesque thing! I need to start making other things besides Rainbow Dash death and torture scenes.

Anyway in this scene, if you haven’t figured it out already, Rainbow Dash is about to get unnecessary surgery. The blindfold has happy eyes drawn on it and the mouth gag has a happy face, Rainbow Dash is not actually happy – she is terrified and about to pass out from fright.

I was going for a “Dexter-like” look, that’s the reason for the white background, it’s actually supposed to be an overhead view of her lying on a white table.
