Character:

To many, the first word used to describe Snooze Button would be tired; from her constant sleepy eyes to her cutie mark, it’s not hard to see why. Whether it be short or long, Snooze always looks forward to her next nap, and woe befall the poor fool who dares wake her up. (Her cutie mark is a busted clock for a reason.) Often, Snooze ties her hair up in a bun as her hair is long, and it’s the easiest way to manage it as she often trips on her own mane if left unkempt.

In school, Snooze is an undeclared major, and often forgets about important assignments and test dates for her classes, instead opting to shitpost online and play games. As to how she plays said games, no one really knows, as she has no magic and can only use her hooves. Despite this, Snooze always manages to get passing marks on her tests and turns in her assignments, often at the last minute. Outside of school, Snooze can be seen sleeping, eating, and watching anime. (She swears she only watches it ironically.) To support herself financially, Snooze works for the campus as the school’s mascot, bringing energy and cheer to school and sporting events. It’s become an inside joke to her friends to call her a furry due to her job, though Snooze doesn’t mind, she’s getting paid either way.

Personality:

When not sleeping, Snooze is an easy pony to approach, whether in the mascot suit or not, she is often playful and open with incoming freshman, it was this quality that landed her the job as school mascot in the first place. She’s also easily amused, taking only a meme to get her in a laughing fit. Though once someone gets to know her better, they’ll see her sassy streak, often found in the occasional quip she makes, or in a post in an online thread. Despite forgetting about tests and turning in assignments at the last minute, Snooze is a smart student, she just lacks the will to do a proper study session or to make time to do homework, much to the frustration of her professors. Snooze is often snacking, being in a “perpetual state of hongoryness” as she states it. The main reason she took up a job was to in fact, fund her meals.
