Now you can upload pastes (plain text) to Twibooru! You can do this in one of three ways:

• Upload a TXT file
• Click the Toggle paste form at the top of the Upload page
• Fetch a paste from Pone Paste or Pastebin

You can also attach a custom thumbnail to your paste by entering the image ID of the image you want on the post page.

Remember to use the author:author name tag to give the author of the text the proper credit, or author needed if you don't know who wrote it.

What the buck is up everypony? We've got a few new features we wanted to let you all know about:

+MODERATION LOG UPDATES+

First up, the "moderation log":/mod-log now has pagination and links to individual entries!

+Pagination+
Previously, the moderation log would only show the most recent entries made, and there was no way to scroll back and view historical actions. With a number of backend updates, this has now been fixed and the moderation log now has pages, allowing you to scroll all the way to the beginning.

+Linking+
You may also notice that the moderation log now has active hyperlinks over the @When?@ column. These links provide a quick and easy way to reference back to an individual entry in the log.

+ELSEWHERE ID SEARCHING+

New metadata has now been added in the backend for all content created as part of the automated Derpibooru import.

+Elsewhere Menu+
You may have noticed a new menu when viewing an image named @Elsewhere@:

If you drop down this menu, you will see a list of other sites where this images is linked to. As stated above, right now this feature only exists for images imported via the automated Derpibooru import, so the only item that may appear here is Derpibooru. Selecting an item from this menu will take you to the related page on the other site.

+Elsewhere Searching+
You can also now easily search for an image from another site if you know the ID. The query format is: @location:booruname, idatlocation:1234@, where you replace @booruname@ with the name of the site and @1234@ with the ID of the image on that site.

This query format can further be shortened to just @booruname_id:1234@.

As an example, to find the image with the ID of 1 on Derpibooru, you would search for "@derpibooruid:1@":/search?q=derpibooruid%3A1.

Please note that since this is a new implementation, this may not work properly. If you come across any situations where this should work but doesn't, please let me (Twifag) know via "DMs":/conversations?with=4, a user report, or the e-mail address listed on the "Contact page":/pages/contact. I'll only be cataloging these reports, since there is no straightforward way for even admins to fix these until the frontend development is complete.

+Future plans: Elsewhere Frontend+
Yes, right now there is no frontend for users to easily edit the "elsewhere" information, but that is in development. We'll post another announcement once it's live.

Wanted to add, since our post numbers don't line up with Derpibooru's, if you want to find a particular image by Derpibooru post number, then you can use this in the search field: @description:postnumber@

Hello everypony and welcome to Twibooru! Yes, we are yet another alternative to Derpibooru but there are a number of ways in which we are different from all the others:

• We welcome all content as long as it is pony related and legal, this includes content that contains any political message, foalcon, loli, the most disgusting fetishes you can think of, whatever
• What is pony related?, you may ask. Well, we've tried our best to define that over at the "site rules":/pages/rules. You may want to check those out
• Please keep in mind in these first weeks, we are still getting adjusted and there may be hiccoughs along the way. Please let us know if something isn't working the way you think it should
• All uploads and comments on content are anonymous!
• We still offer accounts if you wish to set-up custom filters (highly recommended), avoid captchas, or be able to vote and favorite content
• Our forums for now will only be this one, used to communicate one-way to our users. If you need to contact us, please feel free to send a PM to one of the admins listed on the "Site Staff List":/staff or e-mail us at [email protected]
• We do not have a Do-not-Post (DNP) list
• Our interface should be familiar if you've ever used "Derpibooru":https://derpibooru.org/. That's because we are using the Booru-on-Rails project, which was used by Derpibooru up until the beginning of this year
• We have loaded all the content that currently exist on Derpibooru and plan to set up some sort of mirroring of at least that site and possibly other pony fandom boorus
• If you don't see all the imported content yet, that's because we are still generating thumbnails for everything. It may take a while, but they will all appear eventually
• If you want to remove unprocessed content from your search results, add @isoptimized:true@ to your search. For example, to see all Twilight Sparkle content you can search for @ts, isoptimized:true@
• Oh yeah, we also have loaded all the existing aliases and implications that exist on Derpibooru
• During this time, we'd ask that you not import images from Derpibooru since we already have everything they have. Even if you don't see it, rest assured it will be here
