Pencil sketch inked then colored with SAI using a WACOM tablet. This is remake of an earlier concept, but totally redone in a different media and a different context/setting (though closer to my original intension).

Teenaged Scootaloo shows her true power as she singled hoofedly delivers water to Cloudsdale (does this mean she has 800 wing power?). Although I like the fanon wheel cutie mark idea, it occurred to me that perhaps her talent is more sweeping not just spinning wheels, but rotation in general.I just hope she didn’t level a city earning her cutie mark.
