Twilight's title "The Empress" was given to her, after the birth of her daughter. Empresses decided to change their titles because they wanted to have a different title from their kids and didn't want any misunderstandings from other ponies.

Twilight always forced her kid to make friends (especially with mane6's kids), but it didn't work, because their character didn't match. So Twi put Star into her school instead send her to Celesta's Magic Academy but Star Rise still was tormented. So Twi sent Star to the Magic Academy's dormitory and finally, it worked, but it took something from Twilight. Twi had an argument with Starlight Glimmer and Moondancer because their kids bullied Star. Although Twilight is happy to see her daughter with her true friends.
