*Fluttershy reaches her limit and faints in the distance*

Thought I'd do something small for pride month with my favorite favorite favorite MLP ship.

So in my HC, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash consider themselves more like sisters than friends, but they'd never actually call each other siblings. Dash was very protective over Shy growing up, and was often the only one to stand up to her Cloudesdale bullies. They maintain a very strong relationship into adulthood, and it becomes intensified by the existence of the Mane 6.

Fluttershy is often the pony Dash goes to for... courting advice, because Fluttershy always seems to know the safest but most romantic options. Fluttershy tries to help, but Dash is a litttttle bit hopeless when it comes to romance and flowers and love. It's not her area of expertise. Luckily, Clear Sky thinks Dash's attempts are adorable.

Clear Sky doesn't try as hard because she doesn't really need to- she's very naturally good at displaying her affection, whereas Rainbow Dash gets too flustered even just thinking about date night.

My god Dash is so in love with her. Like, obviously Clear Sky is just as much in love, but none of Rainbow's friends ever thought they'd see the day when the mighty Rainbow Dash and her impossible, death-chasing sonic rainbooms would be swooning over a unicorn.

I've drawn them for pride for 3 years straight now, and that just means I gotta keep doing it. These are my girls yo. I've mentioned it several times before, but they're both bi! And if you're curious about Fluttershy, she's lesbian in my headcanon, and married to Spitfire. Rainbow Dash and Clear Sky have 4 kids together, including Wind Sprint.
