In my headcanon in future Applejack will have a bunch of kids (she’s an apple after all). And their daddy is Soarin the former wonderbolt. He left the team then he married AJ and now he works on the farm long with her.

The kids:

Apple Cider is the firstborn son of Soarin and Applejack. He’s strong, proud (but not a jerk), humorous and brave. He has a good leadership abilities thought sometimes he feels too much presure from his family since he is the heir of the farm. He always tries to act right and he is responsible enough to take a good decisions. Kind of a workaholic like his mom, he anyway loves to take a good rest after all day working. Apple Cider also loves to arrange a friendly fights with his dad (thought as he grows it takes harder to Soarin to draw his son into a game).

Aurora and Alexander Apples are twins and they are such a trouble for a farm. They are always together and it’s really rare to see one of them without another. Thought they are look alike, they have a different characters. Aurora is a street-smart, heather filly with good sence of right and wrong, who often takes a place of a leader other her brother. Alexandre is a kind, a bit goofy and jerky colt who often tries to take a place of leader from his sister (but he fails), but suddenly he have a good brains and always came out with good ideas. They are both such a troublemakers, so if there a disorder you can blame this two.

Ambrosia is the youngest (not for the long time, another foal is on the way ;) ). She is too little to have a real character, so she’s just a sweet baby filly and her daddy’s little princess. And yeah, she’s pegasus like her dad so maybe she would want to become a wonderbolt in the future.
