Sugar Pop was born and raised in Canterlot. As a child, she met her best friend, Pixie Stick (Owned by xNoir-Nightsx ), and together, they had the dream to create a candy shop where children and adults alike would find all kinds of treats to enjoy together. Once Sugar Pop grew up, she and Pixie achieved their dream and started up their own candy shop called Sugar & Spice. The candy shop is on the same block as a small bakery run by a pegasus named Coffee Cake. Every month, Sugar and Pixie send a box of their newest sweets to Coffee Cake to use in decorating her desserts, and in return, Coffee Cake sends them cookies and jellies from her own shop for them to hand out to customers as samples.

Sugar Pop is sweet, but bold and confident. She’ll tell you the truth, even if it hurts to hear it. She tends not to have a filter unless she’s at work or speaking to young ponies. It’s rare to catch her in a bad mood. She loves her job and her friends and will include anyone in a friendly conversation.
