In a different universe, with an alternate timeline, a colt, all to similar to the Rocky we know and tolerate, is messing with things that no pony should.

But does he care? Of course not! And why should he? He is, after all, on the verge of a scientific breath through! One that will shake the very foundations of pony society as we know it (maybe literally). One that will finally gain him the long overdue respect he deserves.

So what if a few ponies get hurt in the process? Nothing, not even others lives, can stand in the way of world domin- I mean, progress

There were so many ways I could have taken this prompt, but I ended up going with the fun, cheesy take on it with some underlining issues hinted at.  

I’m also really happy with how this turned out. Drawing a crazed Rocky over a smoking cauldron was a lot more fun than I anticipated.
